**Responsibilities**:
**Solution Design**: Salesforce Architects work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand the organization's requirements and processes. Based on this understanding, they design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce technologies that align with the business objectives.

**Data Architecture**: Architects are responsible for designing the data model within Salesforce. This includes defining custom objects, fields, relationships, and data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

**Governance and Best Practices**: Architects establish governance models and best practices to ensure the long-term success of Salesforce implementations. They enforce coding standards, security measures, and development guidelines to maintain a stable and maintainable system.

**Security and Compliance**: Data security and compliance are paramount. Salesforce Architects design and implement robust security measures, defining role-based access control, encryption methods, and authentication mechanisms to safeguard sensitive information.

**Performance Optimization**: Ensuring optimal performance is crucial for a smooth user experience. Architects identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize data queries, and utilize platform resources efficiently.

**Technical Leadership**: Salesforce Architects provide technical leadership to development teams. They review code, offer guidance on complex technical challenges, and mentor team members to maintain high-quality code and solutions.

**Documentation**: Architects document their designs, technical decisions, and implementation details. This documentation serves as a reference for team members and stakeholders and aids in future maintenance and enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Salesforce Architects typically have extensive experience working with the Salesforce platform, including multiple successful implementations.
- **Certifications**: They may hold relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- **Technical Skills**: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration is essential. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is also valuable.
- **Business Acumen**: Understanding business processes and being able to translate them into technical solutions is vital for a Salesforce Architect.

Pay: ₹824,432.40 - ₹2,242,761.67 per year
