Job Description:

We are looking for an Architect with 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in construction and interior execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with our team and clients to ensure the highest standards are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of commercial and residential projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Produce and review detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants for efficient project execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Maintain project documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) when required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architecture or interior design, with exposure to construction and interior execution.
  • Own laptop is required.
  • Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of BOQ creation is a plus.


Software Knowledge Required:

  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Lumion or Twinmotion
  • Microsoft Office
