Role

Weare seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to lead ourpenetration testing team. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of cyber security principles and a proven trackrecord of identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities. This roleinvolves conducting sophisticated penetration tests, simulatingadvanced cyber threats to uncover vulnerabilities, andcollaborating with clients to develop robust securitystrategies.

Responsibility

  • Lead complex penetration testing engagementsto identify vulnerabilities in clients' networks, applications, andsystems.
  • Develop andrefine penetration testing methodologies to ensure thorough andefficient vulnerability identification.
  • Manage and mentor a team of penetrationtesters, fostering a culture of continuous learning andprofessional development.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirsecurity posture and tailor penetration testing efforts to theirspecific needs and challenges.
  • Present findings to clients, includingtechnical teams and executive leadership, providing clearexplanations of vulnerabilities, the potential impact on thebusiness, and recommended mitigationstrategies.
  • Stayabreast of the latest cyber threats, penetration testing tools, andtechnologies, integrating new techniques into testingpractices.
  • Contributeto the development of new services and improvements in penetrationtesting processes and documentation.
  • Participate in research and developmentinitiatives to advance the field of cyber security and contributeto the security community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in InformationSecurity, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
  • Professionalsecurity certifications highly regarded (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GPEN,GWAPT, or AWS/Cisco/Google Cloudcertifications).
  • Atleast 4 years of experience in penetration testing or ethicalhacking, with a proven ability to lead and deliver high-profilesecurity assessment projects.
  • Proficient in a range of penetration testingtools and techniques, with the ability to adapt and innovate infast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead securityassessments and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiencyin presenting complex findings and strategies to technical andexecutive audiences.
  • A commitment to ethical hacking principles,with a keen understanding of the legal implications of penetrationtesting.
  • Experiencewith scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Ruby, Bash,PowerShell) to automate tasks and develop customtools.
