As an Android Developer, You will play acrucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge Androidapplications that provide exceptional user experiences. You willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingdesigners, product managers, and backend developers, to deliverrobust and scalable mobile solutions. Your expertise in Androiddevelopment frameworks and best practices will contribute to thecontinuous improvement of our mobile applications. Role& Responsibilities: • Application Development: Develop,maintain, and update Android applications to meet user requirementsand ensure optimal functionality. • Code Creation: Write clean,efficient, and reliable code in Java, Kotlin, or other relevantprogramming languages. • Third-party Integration:Integrate third-party libraries and APIs, such as Firebase, GoogleMaps, and more, to enhance app functionality. • UI/UXEnhancement: Collaborate with UX designers to implement visuallyappealing and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to designprinciples and Material Design guidelines. • BugFixing: Identify and address bugs and issues promptly to maintain ahigh-quality user experience. • Performance Optimization:Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, andefficiency. • Data Handling: Work with remotedata sources through REST and JSON using networking libraries likeRetrofit or Volley & Coil. • Version Control: Utilize Git andversion control systems to manage codebase and collaborateeffectively with team members. • Security Measures: Enhanceapplication security and address vulnerabilities to protect userdata and privacy. • App Deployment: Follow Androidapp deployment procedures, including signing and releasing updateson platforms like the Google Play Store. • Continuous Improvement: Stayupdated with the latest Android developments, libraries, and bestpractices to ensure the application remains competitive andup-to-date. • Collaborative Work: Collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams, including designers,product managers, and QA testers, to achieve project goals. • ProblemSolving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot anddebug complex issues in Android applications. •Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of code anddevelopment processes for reference and knowledge sharing. •Learning and Adaptation: Demonstrate a willingness to learn quicklyand adapt to new technologies and tools in the ever-evolving mobilelandscape. • Publish App: Ability to publishapplications on Google play store including alpha, beta andproduction including different environments. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent workexperience) with 4-6 years of experience. • Proven experience as an AndroidDeveloper, with a strong portfolio of Android applications •Proficient in Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose. •Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (Firebase, GoogleMaps, Google Play Services). • Knowledge of mobile landscape,architectures, trends, emerging technologies (Jetpack Compose,Coroutines, Dagger Hilt) and app publishing guidelines. • Provenexperience in enhancing Android application security. •Competence in working with remote data via REST and JSON (Retrofit,Volley). • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively. • Proficient in version controlsystems (Git), and collaborative development tools (GitHub orBitbucket).• Strong problem-solving skills andability to debug complex issues in Android applications. •Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins). •Knowledge of Material Design guidelines for creating visuallyappealing interfaces. • Good communication skills foreffective collaboration with cross-functional teams. •Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus. •The candidate must possess a minimum of oneprofessional project developed usingFlutter.
