Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Executive to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts for our IT services in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads for IT services in the US market through outbound sales efforts (email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach).Create and execute targeted email campaigns, cold calling scripts, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.Manage leads and track sales progress using PipeDrive or similar CRM tools.Engage and nurture prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.Track and report on lead generation and sales performance, optimizing strategies for better results.Identify, bid on, and manage IT service opportunities through platforms like

Clutch

and

Upwork , ensuring successful conversions and strong client relationships.Prepare compelling proposals and manage communication with potential clients on Clutch and Upwork, increasing visibility and success in securing projects.

Required Skills:3-5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience in the US IT services market.Proficient in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling.Experience with

Clutch

and

Upwork

bidding processes, including proposal writing and client negotiations.Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
