Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead Identification:
Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads aligned with our target audience and business objectives.Outreach Campaigns:
Plan and execute targeted email, social media, and phone outreach campaigns to engage prospects effectively.Database Management:
Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new lead opportunities.Metrics Tracking:
Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.Continuous Optimization:
Test and optimize lead generation strategies and tools to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other lead generation tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.Familiarity with industry-specific tools like Apollo.io, Hunter, or ZoomInfo.Why Join Us?
