As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Using research, data analysis, and CRM tools, you’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies, convert prospects, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities Lead Identification: Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads aligned with our target audience and business objectives.
Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted email, social media, and phone outreach campaigns to engage prospects effectively.
Database Management: Maintain and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new lead opportunities.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance.
Continuous Optimization: Test and optimize lead generation strategies and tools to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with email marketing, Linked In prospecting, and other lead generation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools like Apollo.io, Hunter, or Zoom Info.
