Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT services in the US market through outbound sales efforts (email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach).- Create and execute targeted email campaigns, cold calling scripts, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.- Manage leads and track sales progress using PipeDrive or similar CRM tools.- Engage and nurture prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups to drive conversions.- Track and report on lead generation and sales performance, optimizing strategies for better results.- Identify, bid on, and manage IT service opportunities through platforms like Clutch and Upwork, ensuring successful conversions and strong client relationships.- Prepare compelling proposals and manage communication with potential clients on Clutch and Upwork, increasing visibility and success in securing projects.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of B2B lead generation and outbound sales experience in the US IT services market.- Proficient in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling.- Experience with Clutch and Upwork bidding processes, including proposal writing and client negotiations.- Experience with PipeDrive or similar CRMs for managing leads and sales pipelines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convert decision-makers.
