Job Summary:
We are looking for Regional Renewal Specialists-AMER who ensure our renewal contracts are renewed prior to expiration and our customers have a positive and rewarding experience with Arcserve. You will be responsible for achieving renewal retention targets and minimize losses in your territories as well as developing and implementing renewal programs and best practices that drive customer retention, loyalty and satisfaction. As a renewal agent, you will work closely with our sales counterparts, marketing, product as well as our partner and customers on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close. You should be passionate about renewal management as well as have a strong knowledge of our products and industry trends.
About the role
- Meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Arcserve maintenance and subscription renewal.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-day basis.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Leverage an understanding of partner and customer success principles, approaches and metrics when working with at-risk partners and customers.
- Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for expanding Arcserve’s business with a customer and transfer the expansion opportunity to the appropriate sales team member and/or reseller partner for follow up and next steps.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, technical support, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitoring customer health and identifying potential risks or opportunities for growth.
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years in customer facing roles including renewals, Inside sales, account management, customer support, etc.
- Ability to work in the evening shift.(US Time Zone)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong phone skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to success.
- Experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines.
- Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Highly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach.
- Proficiency with Excel & Salesforce
- Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Should be flexible with US Timezone(6.30pm IST-3.30am IST)
