JOB DESCRIPTION:

SKILL SET: MIM - Technology Support Specialist.


QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH-IT/CS


IMPORTANT NOTE: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (excluding Bench & Training & Internships).


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proven experience in a MIM role.
  • Coordinate for Critical P1 incidents with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours.
  • Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker.
  • Drive Service Improvements.
  • Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis.
  • Publish Incident trends
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business partner understanding and impact.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources.
