JOB DESCRIPTION::

SKILL SET: Major Incident Management

QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH Graduates only



ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Proven experience in a MIM role
  • • Coordinate for Critical P1 incidents with appropriate stakeholders
  • • Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours
  • • Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker
  • • Drive Service Improvements
  • • Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis
  • • Publish Incident trends
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business partner understanding and impact.
  • • ITIL V3/V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources.



IMPORTANT NOTE :: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (excluding Bench & Training & Internships).
