role will be responsible for spearheading new client acquisition and driving significant business growth in the Southern India, especially Bangalore region. This is a high-impact, this role focused solely on identifying, targeting, and closing new B2B accounts. A key responsibility will also be to ensure timely payment collection from these newly acquired clients.Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Aggressively identify and target potential B2B clients across various sectors (especially in southern India).- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value clients.- Client Acquisition: Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.- Payment Collection: Actively follow up and ensure timely and complete payment collection from all acquired clients.- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.- Reporting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular, accurate reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.Required Skills & Experience:- Total 12 - 18 years of B2B Sales experience. Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in Bangalore.- A strong track record of new client acquisition is essential.
