Senior Manager - Business Development Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT Staff Augmentation / Talent Acquisition Services.The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with clients across industries.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation, contract staffing, and permanent placement services.- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers such as IT Heads, Delivery Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR Leaders.- Develop strategies for lead generation, account penetration, and revenue growth.- Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports for management review.- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements with clients.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Mandatory Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development for IT staff augmentation / recruitment / consulting services.- Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and resource requirements.- Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Experience working with tools like CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
