Senior Manager - Business Development
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT Staff Augmentation / Talent Acquisition Services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT staff augmentation, contract staffing, and permanent placement services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers such as IT Heads, Delivery Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR Leaders.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, account penetration, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery team to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development for IT staff augmentation / recruitment / consulting services.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, hiring trends, and resource requirements.
- Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with tools like CRM, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
