Business Development Manager Staff Augmentation (C2C/C2H)Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.Experience: 4 to 8 Years in Business Development or Lead Generation.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive staff augmentation (C2C/C2H) and Project Oriented Development (POD) business.You will generate leads, connect with decision-makers, and collaborate with account managers to expand our sales pipeline and global reach.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking.- Build a consistent sales pipeline and set up meetings for account managers.- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.- Participate in industry events and webinars to generate connections.Skills & Qualifications:- 4 to 8 Years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in within IT Staff Augmentation/Staffing (C2C / C2H).- Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with lead generation tools.- Strong understanding of staffing models, recruitment life cycle, and IT consulting services.- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving lead generation targets.- Knowledge of IT services (Java , Dot-net , Devops , Cloud , Salesforce, Service-now, AWS, etc.) is a plus.- Strong understanding of staffing models, recruitment life cycle, and IT consulting services.- Proven track record of using Social Media, Portals and other platforms.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us:- Work with a fast-growing IT services company focused on staffing and project-based development.- Exposure to global clients and projects.- Collaborative environment with career growth opportunities.
