Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients through direct sourcing and open market channels. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement, catering to businesses with turnovers ranging from ₹100 crore to over ₹1,000 crore.

  • Vendor & Channel Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, channel partners, and equipment suppliers to facilitate business growth.

  • Customized Financial Solutions: Structure and implement innovative financing deals, such as term loans and leasing facilities, tailored to client needs while managing risk levels.

  • Credit Assessment & Documentation: Conduct thorough financial analyses of SME clients to evaluate creditworthiness. Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) and coordinate the execution of agreements.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, aiming to maximize the book size and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services offered by Tata Capital to existing clients.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA in Marketing.

  • Experience: 2–6 years in SME or mid-market equipment finance, with a strong understanding of financial parameters, ratios, and risk assessment.
