Job Title: Wealth Manager Tata Capital
Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding
• Pro-actively identify, qualify, and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNWIs.
• Leverage personal network, referrals, and micro-events to generate fresh leads.
• Conduct risk-profiling exercises to align investments with client goals and temperament
- Portfolio Planning & Management
• Build tailor-made investment plans spanning equities, debt instruments, mutual funds, structured products, and real estate funds
• Collaborate with internal research and product teams to structure compliant solutions
• Perform periodic portfolio reviews, adjusting strategies based on market developments and evolving client needs .
- Relationship Deepening & Cross-Selling
• Strengthen relationships through value-added interactions and reporting (monthly market insights, client reviews, newsletters)
• Cross-sell Tata Capital's suite of offerings (loans, insurance, business financing, etc.) to meet broader client financial needs
Business Development & Marketing
• Support creation and execution of targeted marketing initiatives, micro-events, and seminars to attract affluent clientele .
• Build strategic partnerships and integrate with internal sales functions to widen referral networks .
Performance & Financial Acumen
Maintain portfolio profitability by maximizing client revenue through advisory fees, product yield, and up-selling
• Keep abreast of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform investment ideas .
Qualifications & Skills

Requirements
Education
Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Commerce, Economics (CFA/CFP preferred)
Certifications
NISM, IRDA certifications required
Experience
3–10 years in wealth or relationship management with an HNI focus
Required Skills
Client acquisition, portfolio construction, product structuring, financial analysis, compliance, sales/BD
