Position: Manager - BD and KAM

Function: Sales and Marketing

Purpose of the Role:

The role aims to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams while serving as the key point of contact for high-value clients. The focus will be on growing wallet share with existing clients to enhance sales volumes and expand the customer base in alignment with the organization's sales strategy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Act as the primary contact for key and high-value clients, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction.

- Work to increase the wallet share of existing clients, ensuring repeat business and new sales opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regional sales, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams, to execute the sales strategy effectively.

- Manage the sales process for new business and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to help shape the company's product offerings and business strategy.

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth of key accounts and territories.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical), MBA (Preferred)

Relevant Experience: 8+ years of experience in a similar industry/product area

Business Understanding: In-depth knowledge of domestic and SAARC markets

Knowledge:

- Expertise in channel partner management

- Strong understanding of BD and KAM processes
