Role Overview:

We're looking for a data-driven and creative App Acquisition & ASO Manager to drive quality installs for the Stashfin mobile app across Android and iOS platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), creative testing, and funnel optimization. You will work closely with product, brand, analytics, and media teams to improve app visibility, discoverability, and install-to-activation conversion.

Key Responsibilities :

App Store Optimization (ASO):

- Own end-to-end ASO strategy across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Optimize app metadata (titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords), creative assets (icons, screenshots, videos), and category placements.

- Monitor rankings, reviews, and competitor benchmarks to guide experimentation and improve app visibility.

App Acquisition Growth:

- Drive organic and blended app installs, focusing on high-intent, quality users.

- Work closely with paid media teams to ensure alignment between ASO and user acquisition campaigns.

- Leverage install data, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to increase install-to-registration conversion.

Market & Competitor Intelligence:

- Analyze top fintech apps to identify trends, keyword gaps, and creative innovations.

- Stay updated on store algorithm changes, new ASO tools, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track KPIs such as organic installs, keyword rankings, CVRs, and store impressions.

- Use tools like AppTweak, SensorTower, Data.ai, Firebase, and Google Play Console to measure and optimize performance.

- Create weekly/monthly dashboards and insights for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with content, design, product, and CRM teams to ensure consistency across app journey and re-engagement touchpoints.

- Partner with engineering to implement structured deep linking, deferred install tracking, and event tagging.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 4-7 years of experience in ASO, app marketing, or mobile user acquisition roles.

- Deep understanding of app store ecosystems, ranking factors, and keyword optimization.

- Proficiency with ASO tools (AppTweak, AppFollow, Storemaven, etc.) and Firebase/AppsFlyer.

- Strong creative judgment and experience managing app creatives (static + video).

- Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel, GA4, and cohort analysis.

- Experience in fintech or other regulated digital consumer products is a strong plus.
