Experience Required: 47 years in user engagement, product marketing, or digital experience roles, preferably in fintech or consumer apps.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Manager App Engagement to lead initiatives that increase daily/weekly app activity, feature adoption, and transactional depth across the Stashfin user base. This role is all about making users come back and interact more by crafting relevant in-app experiences, nudges, journeys, and feature-level communication. Youll closely partner with product, design, and tech to create engaging touchpoints throughout the app lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

In-App Engagement Strategy:

- Own the in-app engagement charter nudging users to explore, interact with, and use credit or financial features more frequently.

- Design contextual nudges, banners, journeys, and checklists to guide users through feature discovery and completion.

Feature Activation & Stickiness:

- Track adoption of core features (e.g., credit line usage, bill payment, card transactions, KYC updates).

- Build strategies to increase engagement with underused features using segmentation and behavior signals.

- Identify key aha moments and design interventions to bring users to those faster.

Tooling & Execution:

- Use engagement tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, or Firebase In-App to deliver personalized messaging.

- Collaborate with product and tech to ensure seamless deployment of deep links, event triggers, and contextual prompts.

User Behavior Analysis:

- Analyze user flows, drop-offs, and interaction patterns to identify engagement gaps.

- Monitor metrics like DAU/MAU ratio, screen views per session, feature-level CTRs, and in-app time.

- Recommend UI/UX tweaks or feature prioritization based on engagement data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with design and product teams to build micro experiences, walkthroughs, gamified tasks, or reward-linked interactions.

- Coordinate with content and brand teams for seasonal or product-led in-app campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 47 years of experience in user engagement, product marketing, or in-app experience management roles.

- Proven experience working on in-app messaging, deep linking, and feature adoption strategies.

- Familiarity with engagement and analytics tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Firebase, AppsFlyer).

- Comfortable working with behavioral data, funnels, and micro-conversion analysis.

- Strong creative sense to translate product actions into clear, user-friendly communication.

- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services apps is a strong advantage.
