Reports to: Senior Manager - Content & Communication

Experience Required: 4-7 years in content writing, content marketing, or SEO-driven content roles, preferably in fintech, digital platforms, or high-scale businesses.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager - Content & Communication to drive content development for scalable SEO programs, assist in writing and managing search-optimized and conversion-focused content, and support cross-functional marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting content across landing pages, product explainers, microcopy, and more - with an eye on both search performance and user clarity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured content creation, understands how content and SEO work together, and can balance creativity with data-driven precision.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO-Centric Content Development:

- Write and manage content for SEO-focused landing pages, FAQs, product features, city-based pages, and blogs.

- Follow content templates and keyword guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency across hundreds of pages.

- Create clear, concise, and brand-aligned copy for both app and web journeys.

Content Structuring & Collaboration:

- Work with the SEO and Martech teams to implement structured content models for automated page generation (e.g., "Loan in [City]" type formats).

- Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and CRM teams to build UX copy, banners, and creatives when needed.

- Ensure consistent tonality and messaging across all owned content.

Content Optimization & Reporting:

- Monitor organic performance of content using GA4, Search Console, and third-party tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs.

- Optimize and update existing pages based on CTR, bounce rate, and dwell time metrics.

- Maintain a content calendar aligned with keyword clusters, business goals, and seasonal campaigns.

Process & Editorial Discipline:

- Follow editorial and brand guidelines to deliver high-quality, error-free content at speed.

- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or in-house writers to meet content volume and timelines when required.

- Contribute to QA processes for content accuracy, relevance, and SEO hygiene.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 4-7 years of experience in content marketing, SEO writing, or editorial roles.

- Strong command over written English, grammar, and structured messaging.

- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and basic understanding of on-page SEO principles.

- Experience in writing for fintech, apps, or consumer products is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple content projects, templates, and workflows in parallel.

Bonus: Experience with CMS platforms, schema markup, or AI-based content tools.
