Reports to: Head - Marketing

Experience Required: 7-10 years in content marketing, SEO content strategy, or digital publishing, with experience in automation or scaled content programs.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Manager - Content & Communication (for Scale) to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-volume, SEO-driven content engine. This role will focus on building search-optimized content at scale - via automation, systems, and process-driven content operations - while ensuring every word still reflects the brand tone, trust, and clarity that a fintech platform like Stashfin demands.

You'll work closely with SEO, Martech, Product, and Brand teams to automate, templatize, and scale content across thousands of landing pages, FAQs, product lines, and regional formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy for Scale:

- Own the content roadmap to support the expansion of SEO pages, app content, and web journeys - in both depth and breadth.

- Define and standardize content templates, tone guides, and messaging frameworks to enable consistent messaging across hundreds/thousands of pages.

- Develop content for landing pages, product explainers, city/segment-specific pages, credit education, FAQs, and tools.

Content Automation & Scalable Systems:

- Work with the Martech and SEO teams to automate the generation of structured content, using CMS, feeds, AI-assisted tools, and dynamic frameworks.

- Build systems for content tagging, templating, and logic-based content customization (e.g., "Personal Loan in [City]" or "Credit Line for [Segment]").

SEO + Content Performance Alignment:

- Align all content creation efforts with SEO goals, including keyword coverage, schema usage, crawlability, and page quality score.

- Partner with the SEO and analytics teams to measure and improve CTR, bounce rate, dwell time, and organic conversions.

Quality Control & Brand Voice:

- Build editorial workflows to review, QA, and optimize content at scale - even when generated programmatically or in bulk.

- Ensure that content across all scaled pages retains clarity, trust, and brand tone, while avoiding duplication or quality dilution.

Content Communication & Enablement:

- Work with marketing and product teams to produce UX copy, push notifications, SMS, and performance creatives that align with content strategy.

- Enable regional, multi-lingual, and localized content frameworks as needed for scaled expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, SEO content creation, or editorial leadership, preferably in fintech, edtech, or marketplaces.

- Proven experience in scaling content operations - using tools like CMS, headless CMS, AI-based writing platforms, or automation systems.

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content structure, meta optimization, and keyword intent mapping.

- Excellent command over English writing, editing, and reviewing - with deep brand sensitivity.

- Familiarity with content performance analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Experience managing writers, agencies, and freelancers in a fast-paced, high-output setup.
