Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

- Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities, and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.

- Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings and implementing suggestions to the strategy basis of the report.

- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using analytics and feedback.

- Ensure that product development aligns with the overall business strategy and operational objectives

- Define and maintain the brand's voice and tone across all communication platforms.

- Ensure messaging is culturally relevant and resonates with diverse audiences.

- Analysing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.

- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.

- Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

- Sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels (digital, print, social media, advertising, PR).

- MS Office Proficiency

- Marketing analytics platforms

Educational Qualification: MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years experience in brand strategy, communications, marketing, or public relations.

- Real estate experience is preferred.
