Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business goals and people strategy. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, focusing on enhancing our organizational culture, driving performance, and managing talent. The HRBP will work closely with business teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented environment aligned with upGrad Rekrut's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, offering strategic HR support and advising on talent management, workforce planning, and performance improvement.

- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes in collaboration with the recruitment team, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent. Lead talent review discussions, succession planning, and career development programs.

- Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance review process, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing feedback to employees and managers.

- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture. Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, initiatives, and feedback mechanisms to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.

- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to design and deliver learning programs that support employee development and business objectives.

- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.

- Data Analysis & HR Metrics: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make informed recommendations regarding recruitment, employee retention, performance, and engagement.

- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Update and implement HR policies and procedures as Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.

- Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a recruitment agency or similar environment.

- Knowledge of HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.

- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance standards.
