We serve industries such as telecom, healthcare, fintech, retail, aviation, logistics, and government creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who has hands-on experience in IT service sales, along with knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and qualify new business opportunities in IT services especially in areas like API integration, cloud services, custom app development, and system integration.
  • Talk with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right technical solutions from iVoyant's offerings.
  • Create and share compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models within India and internationally.
  • Partner with technical, UX, pre-sales, and delivery teams to deliver tailor-made solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage sales activity using CRM tools and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings to sharpen our service pitches.
  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets while keeping clients happy.
  • Share reports and insights with leadership to help inform strategic decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience selling IT services like API integration, cloud migration, web or mobile app development, or enterprise system integration.
  • Skilled in consultative selling translating technical discussions into compelling service proposals.
  • Comfortable working with clients in the US and other global markets.
  • Strong communicator able to write clear proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer
