
Urgent Branch Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our real estate office operations The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of the branch including sales marketing client relations and administrative functions This role requires strong leadership skills strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the real estate market Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management Lead mentor and motivate a team of real estate agents and administrative staff Set performance goals conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale Business Development and Sales Strategy Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders Operational Management Ensure smooth operations of the branch including overseeing day-to-day activities budget management and resource allocation Monitor key performance metrics and financial targets to assess branch performance Implement policies procedures and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Marketing and Promotion Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns Utilize digital platforms social media and traditional marketing channels to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers Represent the branch at networking events industry conferences and community activities to enhance brand visibility Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with real estate laws regulations and ethical standards Implement measures to mitigate risks and resolve legal or regulatory issues promptly Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends legal regulations and industry practices Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate or related field preferred Relevant certifications e g real estate license broker s license as required by local regulations Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development Supportive and inclusive company culture focused on teamwork and success Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Expected hours 54 per week Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Management 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
