Job Title: Branch Operations Leader

This role is for an experienced professional to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and administering daily operations in line with client requirements
  • Managing resources, including route planning, duty assigning, and audit planning
  • Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing of cash
  • Monitoring and performing operations in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes
