Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our international healthcare and insurance process organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader or assistant manager in an international business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, with a strong background in operations metrics like attrition, shrinkage, customer satisfaction (CSAT), net promoter score (NPS), and service level agreement (SLA). Excellent communication skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals, monitoring work performance and attendance according to organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
  • Coach team members to achieve high-performance delivery on a monthly basis.
  • Identify performance issues, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective action.
  • Evaluate customer service quality against contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
  • Organize team meetings and activities to promote collaboration and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies.
