Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Bootes Impex Tech Ltd. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and developing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive business growth. In addition, you will oversee account management, sales management, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to develop effective strategies
  • Account Management: Experience in managing key accounts, cultivating strong relationships, and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Sales: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set clear targets, and provide guidance and support
  • Sales Management: Experience in planning and executing sales strategies, forecasting, and managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
