Head Sales & Distribution
The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for P&L, aligning business and sales strategies, optimizing operational processes, and driving efficiency across areas. The leadership position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Primary responsibility:
- P&L
- Portfolio Quality
- Field Sales Operation
- Will oversee business sales and field operations for financial products across - credit, payments and insurance
- Own the sales funnel management and tracking of sales targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, tools, and processes that support sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
- Excellent understanding of credit origination and portfolio management
- Highly preferred experience in the Fintech, new age NBFC, Payments Bank, Small Finance Banks
