Sales Head HoReCa will develop a rice supply business with leading key accounts in the food services area on a Pan India basis.


Desirables:
1. 10 years of experience in the Food category (Preferably Rice) for the Horeca segment

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Sales and revenue planning, achieving targets by creating and implementing effective strategies. Analyzing market opportunities, trends, and customer demands to shape product offerings and sales strategies
4. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

5. Experience in working with large HORECA and Food players

6. Critical thinking ability and sound decision-making skills

7. Evaluating and enhancing sales processes for improved efficiency, including streamlining order processing, customer communication, and lead generation.

8. Handling the marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability.
