Job ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e- commerce strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to ensure a competitive edge.
Website Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce platform.
- Optimize the user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping journey.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies.
- Set and achieve revenue targets, analysing key performance indicators to optimize sales performance.
Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize outof stock situations.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize turnover and reduce excess stock.
Customer Experience:
- Champion a customercentric approach, ensuring a positive online shopping experience for our customers.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the ecommerce team, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaboration:
