Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Head to lead our project sales team at our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving the sales of construction materials for various projects. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in sales management. The role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales management, with 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and construction materials
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and driving business growth


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the project sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the construction project sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and developers
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to promote construction materials
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Train and mentor the sales team, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
