National Sales Head PCD (Pharma) forPropaganda Cum Distribution (PCD) division.

Job Title: National SalesHead PCD (Pharma)

Location: Gurgaon Haryana

Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implementthe overall sales strategy for the PCD division in alignment withthe companys business objectives.

o Providestrategic direction to the sales team to achieve national salestargets and market share.

Team Management:

o Lead motivate and manage ahighperforming sales team across different regions inIndia.

o Conduct regular performance reviews setKPIs and provide ongoing training and developmentopportunities.

MarketExpansion:

o Identify and evaluate potentialdistributors in untapped markets across the country.

o Develop and nurture relationships with existing and newPCD partners to expand the companys market presence.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

o Collaborate with the finance team to develop annualsales budgets and forecasts.

o Monitor andanalyze sales performance against targets implementing correctivemeasures when necessary.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with marketingproduct management and other crossfunctional teams to ensureeffective coordination and execution of sales and marketinginitiatives.

Complianceand Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements and company policies.

oProvide regular and comprehensive sales reports to the executiveleadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is aplus.

Minimum X years of experience inpharmaceutical sales with a focus on PCD.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing sales teamsat a national level.

Strong understanding ofthe pharmaceutical industry market dynamics and regulatorylandscape in India.

Excellent communicationnegotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute salesstrategies.
