Head of Sales and Growth

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Growth, to lead our sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of extensive experience in end-to-end sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the IT services industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners, and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve sales and revenue.
  • Proactively engage in industry-specific events, seminars, and exhibitions to cultivate and enhance business relationships, thereby identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities for the company. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated track record in successful sales of IT services is essential, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead generation.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
