Regional Customer Marketing and Sales Development Manager


Sales Development & Trade Marketing:

- Collaborate on creating and executing a sales organization blueprint.

- Lead rural and urban go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- Drive channel competencies with distributors and partners.

- Oversee Sales Capability programs (offline/online training).

- Ensure effectiveness of Sales Force Automation tools.

- Manage sales team reward and recognition programs.

- Utilize sales analytics for opportunity optimization.

- Enhance sales process metrics like productivity and fill rate.

Market Development & Channel Programs:

- Implement market development initiatives for key rural and urban areas.

- Develop channel-specific programs (wholesale, chemist, etc.) to drive business.

- Manage regional trade engagement to strengthen partnerships.

- Oversee urban visibility program execution.

Regional Custodianship & Marketing:

- Lead national sales and trade marketing initiatives in the region.

- Oversee regional marketing programs, product launches, and shopper insights.

- Contribute to medium- to long-term planning for sales development.

- Support regional sales objectives and targets.

Sales & Distribution Trends:

- Stay updated on best practices in GTM, Sales IT, and capability development.

- Collaborate with central teams on action plans.

- Provide insights to corporate teams for future strategy.
