The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Partner L&D Solutions to lead our enterprise expansion efforts.
If you are a consultative sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, understands the nuances of enterprise L&D and Talent Acquisition landscapes, and are motivated by creating true client value we invite you to be part of our journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth from enterprise clients.
- Conduct high-impact C-level engagements to understand organizational skill and talent priorities.
- Lead solution-oriented sales conversations, aligning client needs with our tech learning and assessment offerings.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, consultative selling, proposal management to closure.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver a superior client experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account expansion.
- Represent iamneo at key industry events, forums, and client workshops.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key client engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or L&D solutions space.
- Strong track record of selling to L&D Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CHROs.
- Expertise in SaaS business models and subscription-based solution selling.
- Highly skilled in conducting virtual demos and executive-level business discussions.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Self-starter attitude with strong ownership, accountability, and drive.
- Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant experience.
