Job Description:

A Channel Manager is responsible for the development, management, and optimization of relationships with DSAs to drive sales and revenue growth for the company's products or services. This role involves collaboration, providing support, and ensuring that they effectively represent the company's offerings to customers.

Key Identify, recruit, and onboard new DSAs who align with the company's values and objectives.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs. Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help them meet sales targets.

Remuneration Management: Oversee DSA remuneration, Claims & Payouts. And lastly, ensure DSA incentives / remuneration is in-line with industry practices.

Internal Engagement: DSA channel - business engagement. Ensuring post on-boarding and training, the AE business teams engage with the DSA

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to DSAs to drive product or service adoption and Conceptualise and run schemes and incentives to as required

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of DSAs against sales targets and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Product Knowledge: Ensure that DSAs are well-versed in the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on DSA performance and provide insights to management for Ensure that DSAs adhere to all company policies, sales guidelines, and legal regulations.

Sales Training: Conduct training sessions for DSAs to enhance their sales and product knowledge, as well as improve their selling techniques.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that may impact DSA performance.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and incentive structures with DSAs to ensure they are mutually Proven experience in channel management or partner relationship management, ideally in a NBFC or Bank

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with DSAs and attend industry events.

- Ideal candidate will be energetic candidate with 8+ years of experience.
