Job brief:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic manager of business development who specializes in commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead our business development efforts, driving growth, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities:

·        Opportunity Identification: Expert at researching and identifying new business opportunities through market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.

·        Lead Generation: Skilled in generating high-quality leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, and digital marketing.

·        Sales Strategy: Proficient in developing and executing sales strategies that align with business goals and market demands.

·        Negotiation: Strong negotiator with the ability to close deals effectively, balancing client needs with company objectives.

·        Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

·        Market Analysis: Adept at analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and positioning.

·        Implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the commercial projects sector.

·        Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

·        Lead the development of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.

·        Identify and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, investors, and government entities.

·        Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for commercial projects, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

·        Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth


Requirements and skills

·        “Master's degree” in Business Administration or Sales, or a related field.

·        Strong understanding of commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure, or related industries, including market dynamics, trends, and key players

·        Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

·        Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
