Business Development Executive

About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our company by managing the sales lifecycle and implementing effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on digital marketing SaaS products, AI-based products, custom solutions with a global market exposure.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2 - 3 years
- Salary: 20k - 35k Based on Skills & Experience + Commissions
- Expected Notice Period: 30 Days
- Placement Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lifecycle Management:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels. (Google Ads, , )
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-up communications to nurture leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track marketing efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings.
Global Market Engagement:
- Identify and engage with international clients.
- Adapt marketing and sales strategies to suit global markets.
- Stay informed about global market trends and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with SaaS products, AI-based products, and custom solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
