Job Overview

The Business Development Associate (BDA) supports the business development team by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and helping to build relationships with potential clients. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to ensure the successful execution of business development activities.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Use various tools and techniques to generate new business opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.

Client Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media. Schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-up communications.

Proposal Support: Help prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to prospective clients. Ensure that all materials are accurate and tailored to client needs.

CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with lead information, contact details, and interaction history. Track progress and follow-up activities.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships. Support the development of sales strategies and plans.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on lead generation, sales activities, and market trends. Provide regular updates to the business development team.

Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties related to business development, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications
