RPSG FMCG Business has made strong initial inroads by creating a new segment of snacks in the Indian market, with its brand “Too Yumm” In a short period the brand has established itself across India as a strong choice vis a vis of traditional fried. This was possible by bold investments in product design and go to market. The division also has forayed into traditional snacks and Ayurveda (Dr Vaidya’s). The group is now in earnest to build the FMCG business in India through bold organic growth and acquisitions.

We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space. We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitz scale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.


To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate

should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.


Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of

people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources.

About the role:

Brand Management, PR, Partnerships & Events, Community


A brand manager is responsible for developing and implementing a brand strategy that sets a brand apart from its competitors and builds a long-term relationship and fosters loyalty with customers. A brand manager is responsible for overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company’s brand, and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales and brand stickiness/recall. They work on brand strategy, market research, content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, and design.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Owning the brand voice and brand speak at global level
  • Working on brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring
  • Achieve long-term organizational goals through planning and implementing marketing initiatives
  • Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision
  • Conducting consumer research and analyzing data for trends, and insights to improve brand salience
  • Advising multiple teams on branding strategy and messaging/comms
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Managing projects through various stages of development e.g. launches, repositioning, seasonal/thematic campaigns
  • Managing budgets to support branding efforts
  • Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders and external stakeholders e.g. agencies, vendors etc.

KPI's:

Brand awareness (TOMA), Brand equity, Customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), and Market share.


Candidates with past experience in the US Market are preferred.
