Job Description:This role is for growth seekers and individuals passionate about the real estate space and wish to be a part of a burgeoning start-up of young professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end closure of the entire sale process from lead generation to deal closure. The candidate will be tested for creativity skills in marketing associated efforts, persuasion and negotiation skills while dealing with prospective clients to ensure quick sales and establishing brand equity over time. In the long run, the candidate is expected to build a high-performance team and lead the team in an effective and efficient manner.Roles & Responsibilities:Engage in extensive market research to understand the micro-market specifics in terms of demand, supply, specific requirements, competitor pricing, etc.Devise creative marketing content/strategies to drive attention/demandLead generation through all channels, attend channel partner meets, create attractive presentations/flyers, schedule meetings with clients, conduct site visits and give a detailed overview of the project specificsSet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets and yearn to achieve themNegotiate and close dealsBuild strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote brand equityMaintain an accurate database for all sales related activities and regularly update the sameBe abreast with RERA guidelines and coordinate with RERA team on all RERA related compliances and sales related documentationProvide own suggestions/recommendations/strategies to the management to improve processesGeneral coordination with all related stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and closure
Pre-requisites:MBA in Marketing with excellent verbal & written communication skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Real estate with a Mumbai based developerBased in the western suburbs of MumbaiAbility to work under pressure, handle teams and achieve targets
