Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies and campaigns that reflect Leeford Healthcare Limited’s core values and business objectives.
  • Curate and create visually compelling content, including graphics, images, and videos, to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track the performance of social media content to refine strategies and maximize reach.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain positive relationships with our online community.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media channels to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on social media campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special campaigns or product launches across digital platforms.


Primary Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and others.
  • Expertise in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
  • Strong creative and design skills for crafting engaging visuals and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media campaigns for brands or companies.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, marketing strategies, and best practices.


Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in managing brand presence on multiple social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media following and engagement.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Experience in a healthcare or wellness-related industry will be an advantage.
