Responsibilities:

- Identify the right corporate BC(Banca) partner and on-board the partner including overseeing the contractual clauses

- Determine the catchment areas/geographical zones where BC agents should be deployed

- Design the operating model for the BC channel including laying down the required IT systems, method of payout calculation, mechanisms for performance review etc.

- Build & oversee the entire BC channel management team
