Their retail space portfolio includes interior designs for Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, popular malls, convention centers, and hotels. The firm also meticulously plans and executes premium home interior designs tailored to individual preferences of the occupants. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, managing client portfolios, and coordinating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and lead generationStrong interpersonal and communication skills for client management and relationship buildingProject management and organizational skillsKnowledge of the interior design and architecture industryAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProficiency in using CRM software and other business development toolsExperience in the Indian market is a plus
