As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and articulate their value propositions to potential clients. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products & Services.QUALIFICATION:Minimum experience of 5-10 years in the relevant field (preferred only Fragrance division) Proven experience as a Fragrance Senior Business Development Manager or in a relevant industry role is a plus.
