This isn't just a reminder call, you'll act as a consultant to understand their needs, skillfully overcome objections, and powerfully resell the value of continuing their journey with Prosperr.Drive Performance with Discipline:Methodically manage a pipeline of expired accounts using CRM tools. Your structured follow-ups and relentless drive will be key to consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly reactivation targets.Be the Voice of the Customer:Act as our critical feedback loop. You’ll uncover the"why"behind customer churn and share these valuable insights with our Product teams to help us build a more valuable platform.What We're Looking For:Experience : 1+ year in a target-driven role like B2C Sales, Renewals or Retention. Experience in the fintech space is a strong advantage.Communication:Flawless spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style that builds rapport quickly.Proven Performer:A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or smashing monthly targets. You thrive on achieving goals.Winning Mindset:You are resilient, highly coachable, and hungry for growth.
