Renewal Sales

● Tracking subscription renewals.● Sending timely reminders to customers.● Outbound Telecalling to ensure that clients are renewing their courses on time. ● Helping the existing customers with upgrades.● Keeping thorough records of all current and potential clients.● Ensure achievement of Renewal Collection targets.● Exceed defined monthly, quarterly, semi- annual and annual sales quota. ● Gain comprehensive knowledge about courses and clarify information wherever required.● Engage with customers at various points (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls).● Building strong client relationships by offering superior after-sales support which includes welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls.
Client Servicing and Renewals Executive Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in business administration or an area closely connected to the sector.● A Renewal Sales executive with 1-2 years of experience.● Microsoft Excel knowledge.● The capacity to perform well under duress.● Strong time- and project-management abilities.● Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.● Capable of effective communication.● Superior customer service abilities.
