About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-orientedRenewals Specialistwith a strong background inCybersecurityto join our high-performing sales team inDelhi NCR . This role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and ensuring customer retention by qualifying renewal opportunities, engaging with key accounts, and supporting the field sales organization. You will collaborate closely withMarketing, Sales, and Business Developmentteams to convert both inbound and outbound interest into qualified renewal and expansion opportunities.Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Prospecting Lead a team ofEnterprise Agreement (EA) Renewal Specialists , providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute renewal strategies for bothmanaged accountsandTop Unmanaged Accounts (UMA) , expanding the overall customer footprint. Coordinate withregional and global teamsto ensure renewal excellence and growth across all assigned accounts. Customer & Account Engagement Act as theprimary contactfor key enterprise customers and Top Unmanaged Accounts, establishing trusted relationships and ensuring renewal readiness. Proactively identifyrenewal risks ,renewal-ready opportunities , andpotential expansion areaswithin target accounts. Conduct strategic discussions with customers to communicate theCybersecurity value propositionand align renewal roadmaps with their future business needs. Pipeline & Opportunity Management Oversee theEnterprise Agreement renewals pipeline , ensuring forecasting accuracy and timely processing of all renewals. Identify, qualify, and convert renewal opportunities within Top Unmanaged Accounts to achieve strong engagement and closure rates. Track and report key metrics, including renewal conversion, revenue contribution, and upsell/cross-sell progress. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate withProduct Managers, Technical Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, and Customer Engineersto ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. Partner withSales and Marketingteams to design targeted outreach campaigns aimed at activating and converting Top Unmanaged Accounts. Performance & Governance Maintaindata accuracy and hygieneacross CRM systems and trackers, ensuring visibility into all renewal and account engagement activities. Meet and exceed performance targets related torenewal conversion ,net-new revenue , andcustomer expansion .Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, IT, or a related field ; MBA preferred. 7+ years ofsales, renewals, or account managementexperience within thecybersecurity domain . Proven track record inrenewals management ,account retention , andinside sales . Demonstrated ability to engage withunmanaged or dormant accounts , driving conversion and revenue growth. Strong understanding ofCybersecurity products and solutions . Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and organizationalskills. High degree ofownership, self-motivation , and passion forcustomer success .Preferred Attributes Familiarity with cybersecurity certifications such asCISSP ,CISM , or vendor-specific credentials (Antivirus, Cybersecurity, Cloud). Prior experience working withManaged Security Service Providers (MSSPs)orglobal cybersecurity vendors .
