IDfy builds products on cloud-based technologies that run mission-critical functions at large organizations and rapidly growing start-ups. Our technologies run customer onboarding processes for Banks like HDFC Bank, build delivery networks of e-commerce majors like Amazon and Zomato, drive financial inclusion for Paytm and BharatPe, and safeguard the likes of Dream11 and MPL from fraud and money laundering. We have more than 800 customers worldwide.

The outcomes you will drive:

  1. Unlock new avenues of in-organic growth for IDfy solutions
  2. Establish win-win partnerships with complementary industry players


Your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Map the market - Identify potential alliance partners which would help IDfy achieve its strategic objectives - resellers, platform providers, consultants, system integrators
  • Make the plan: Develop GTM strategies to help us build win-win partnerships, clearly articulating the value proposition for each segment of partners. Develop innovative partner engagement plans to ensure we are setting them up for success
  • Execute the plan: Systematically bring these plans to life with senior stakeholder mapping, GTM planning workshops, partner training and enablement programs.
  • Monitor & report: Take ownership for partner performance and revenue. Track and report partner engagement and impact
  • Be the “Voice of the Partner” - Be the internal flag-bearer for our partners, make their voice heard, influence the IDfy product, tech, sales and marketing teams to solve partner challenges

Yes, some qualifications will help

  • 6-10 years of work experience
  • An MBA from a top tier institute
  • Consulting work-experience at top tier firms
  • Past entrepreneurial experience would be a plus
  • Past experience in the Financial Services / BFSI space would be a plus
